    저장 후 해당 프로그램을 실행하면 정상적으로 실행

  • To use the remote support you need to install the Active X or customer access program.

    Operator is able to control the keyboard and mouse of customer's PC. Also perform anti-virus scan if necessary.

    Operator does not request and save any information of the customer while remote support.
Click the button will be change to the remote support connection page.
How to use
This service is solve PC problems to your request that the operator is access directly to your PC.
First you should phone call customer support center and then click the icon follow the guide.
